Medical / health care Facilities:

This medical facility in Arlington, Minnesota has been a returning client. Our first involvement was an eight month project that included clinic space and operating rooms. We then remodeled a different section of the hospital in 2007.

This health care clinic in Lester Prairie, Minnesota was a new 7,000 sq. ft. facility. The 1.5 million dollar project included labs, offices and  waiting rooms and was completed in spring of 2007.

Glencoe Regional Health Services was a multi-phased project in excess of 1.5 million dollars that included a new clinic, sleep study center, cafeteria, surgical, medical and imaging expansion. We continue to work with this client on additional projects.

Other Medical / Health Care Facilities of Note:

· The Hutchinson Medical Center was a multi-phased project that included waiting rooms, offices and labs. This three quarter million dollar project concluded in 2000. They are a returning client and we are currently working on a project that will provide additional space.
